Dr. Anand Iyer, Esq., Ph.D., the Founder/ Promoter and CEO/ MD of APRUS Bio-medical Innovations, is a Global Pharmaceutical /Biotech Executive and serial entrepreneur who has been successful in all aspects of pharmaceutical, biotech and vaccine industries, including heading biotech and vaccine companies. Dr. Iyer’s 35 years combined experience with the medical/pharmaceutical industry spans from driving product innovation and development, operations, business strategy, business development (in and out licensing, M&A etc.), to IP and transactional law. His background is further strengthened through international/multi-cultural experiences within the highly-competitive pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. Dr. Iyer is the innovator of the IP/inventions licensed to APRUS.
Mr. Ananda Iyer, CPA, CGMA, CA (India), is the CFO of APRUS Bio-medical Innovations. Mr. Iyer has a widespread history in corporate accounting with over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, auditing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, inventory control, cost and data analysis, management and administration. He is a self-starter, who is adept at initiating, multitasking, negotiating, problem solving, and is highly proficient at meeting challenges or deadlines in order to produce quality results.
Mrs. Rajeswari (Raji) Iyer, has over 25 years of technical and management experience with strong skills in people and project management. After a dual Master’s degree in Computer Science and Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University, she worked in Fortune 500 companies like IBM and Alcatel-Lucent Technologies in various roles such as financial software development, systems engineering translating customer requirements into technical language, and product testing before end-user use. She has solid experience in working with both US and international customers with demonstrated skills as a project manager and a project leader coordinating, managing and executing complex projects. In addition to being a strong leader, Mrs. Iyer has developed into a strong team player, coach and mentor.
Professor A. Ramachandran, Ph.D., is a retired scientist from ISRO, India’s premier space research organization. His expertise was in the development of analog signal devices and process automation. He contributed extensively and successfully to the current status of the space program, including designing and development of vehicles like GSLV, PSLV, contributing to the success of the program as a whole. He has tutored thousands of students in his capacity as a Professor in the Engineering colleges. He has served as a Professor in MVJ College of Engineering, in the Department of Medical Electronics. He has been serving as a distinguished Professor in MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, in the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
